Touch Balance Voucher Regulations
§ 1 General provisions
1.1 These Regulations set out the rules for the use of vouchers for physiotherapy services provided by Touch Balance Physiotherapy, based in Krakow, 103 Glogowiec Street.
1.2 The voucher is a document authorizing the use of certain services / use of a certain amount, in accordance with the conditions specified in the voucher.
1.3. The voucher is a personal document and may not be transferred to third parties.
§ 2 Terms of use of the voucher
2.1 The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue.
2.2 The voucher entitles to use the service once or according to its nominal value.
2.3 The value of the voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
2.4. If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid extra.
2.5. If the value of the service is less than the value of the voucher, the difference is not refundable.
2.6 The voucher must be presented before the service begins.
§ 3 Booking a visit
3.1 In order to use the voucher, it is necessary to make a prior appointment reservation by phone at 515 054 260, through the Booksy portal or in person at the salon.
3.2 Reservation through Booksy should be made by adding the annotation "voucher" in the note.
§ 4 Cancellation of an appointment
4.1 If you need to cancel an appointment, please inform the office at least 24 hours in advance.
4.2 Failure to cancel the appointment within the specified time may result in loss of the possibility to use the voucher.
§ 5 Changes in Terms and Conditions
5.1 The Cabinet reserves the right to change these regulations. The client will be informed of any changes by e-mail or telephone.
§ 6 Final provisions
6.1.In matters not covered by these Regulations the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
6.2.Regulations are available in the office and on the website www.touchnalance.pl.
